The Dallas Cowboys have signed 4-time Pro Bowl wide receiver T.Y. Hilton, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rappaport. The team has since confirmed the news.
Hilton had spent the entirety of his NFL career with the Indianapolis Colts, until now. Hilton last played in 2021 and tallied 23 catches for 331 yards and three touchdowns.
In 2020, Hilton had a much more productive season, hauling in 56 balls for 762 yards and five touchdowns.
The Cowboys have had a mutual flirtation with veteran wideout Odell Beckham, but OBJ is apparently not healthy enough to play.
It remains to be seen when Hilton will make his Cowboys debut. Dallas could eventually deploy him as the No. 3 wide receiver behind CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup.
We will update this story with more details as they come in.
